Warranties
Most items purchased from Us, are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. But our Compatible and Toner Cartridges come with a 14 Day Warranty.
If you are not entitled to rely on the warranties implied by the TPA, you may be entitlted to have the Goods repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. Conditions within the manufacturer's warranty terms will determine whether or not faulty Goods will be repaired under the terms of the warranty or replaced by Us.
For all warranty claims you should follow the procedures set out
-The period the Goods are covered under warranty is determined by the manufactuer and is detailed in its warranty terms and conditions supplied with the Goods. Where We can, We made this infomation available on the product page of our website.
- If the Goods are to be replaced you will to return them to Us with proof of purchase.
-If the Goods are to be repaired you will need to send them to the manufacturer / service agent with your proof of purchase.
Warranty Claims
Most manufactures handle warranty claims via their own Customer service line or via an authorised Service Agent and you should follow the procedure set out below.
Our Customer Service is geared to resolve any warranty claims you may have. To obtain a refund you must
-Return the Goods to us either by postage or one of our staff members to pick up from you (you must include all accessories and manuals):and
-Provide proof of purchase of the Goods from Us.
OR
If you purchased the Goods through our website, you may return the Goods via our website by completing the following procedure.
-If you are claiming under a manufactuer's warranty, you will need to first contact the manufacturer to establish the procedure for making such a claim. Contact details for manufacturers of product sold by Us can be found here. In an effort to avoid delays. we strongly suggestand recommend that you contact the manufacturer / service agent directly as this helps to identify if the problem and can be solved by simple trouble shooting rather than warranty repair.
-If the manufacturer decides to exchange the Goods under the terms of the warranty you will be rquired to obtain a "CrazyInkSupplies Return Authorisation Number" (RAN). This can be obtained by calling Us where by we will either Email it to you or send it by post. Our Customer Service will help you obtain one when you are calling.
-Our Customer Service Team may then ask that you return the item to Us, as the exchange is only able to be made once our Technical Department has assessed the damaged or faulty item and approved the exchange.
-If you are returning the Goods you must include the following information on the inside of your return package.
1. The original order number
2. The RAN number you were given by Us
3. Your Full Name and contact details, and
4. All accessories that came with you purchase
5. A Copy of your receipt of purchase from CrazyInkSupplies
Repairs or replacements under manufacturer's warranty do not apply if the Goods have not been installed, operated and maintained in accordence with any instructions provided with the Goods.
