Refund Policy
CRAZINKSUPPLIES Business Number: BN21487467 ABN: 54 057 057 542 (CRAZYINKSUPPLIES, We,Us ) comply with the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (" TPA" ). You may be entilted to obtain a refund from Us, if the (" Goods" ) do not fulfill the conditions and warranties implied under Division 2 of Part V of the TPA.
Our policies with respect to refunds are set out below.
-You may request a partial refund or full refund from Us if:
-the Goods are defective or faulty
-the Goods are not merchaniable quality given their price and description
-the Goods are not fit for the purpose which you describe to Us, or
-the Goods do match their description or a sample given to you, and you have approached Us about a refund within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the problem.
In particular, you will be entitled to a refund from Us for faulty Ink & Toner Cartridges and any related product pertaing to your type of printer. If it is a manufacturing fault or has been caused during delivery to you. Choose carefully as you will not be entilted to a refund if you simply change your mind about the Goods, make a wrong selection or find that you can buy the Goods cheaper elsewhere at a cheaper price
Refunds DO NOT Apply
-where you have simply changed your mind
-you have purchased the incorrect product
-you have found it elsewhere at a cheaper price
-it is the wrong colour.
To obtain a refund you must
-return the Goods to Us, and
-provide proof of purchase of the Goods from Us,and We must be satisfied that the Goods have not been damaged by you or a third party, in certain circumstances you may only be entitled to a partial refund of the Goods. There is NO REFUND on Postage Charges.
This will depend on the terms of sale, the return of the Goods and the effect on the Goods due to your usage of them. Refunds may only be able to be made once our technical department has assessed the particular Goods and verified that they satisfy the requirements of this clause.
Exchanges, Repairs and Credits
If the conditions and warranties implied under Division 2 of Part V of the TPA do not apply to the Goods but you wish to seek an alternative remedy to a refund. We may offer to exchange or repair the Goods or provide you with a credit note. You will need to contact Us and advise Us of what has happened to the Goods. Before the Goods are exchanged repaired or a credit given, you must return the Goods to Us or to such other reasonable address nominated by Us and provide Us with proof of your purchase and satisfy the other requirements set out in clause 1.
