All Parcels sent by CrazyInkSupplies are either sent by Australia Post or FASTWAY Couriers
Please allow between 2-7 working days for your parcel to arrrive
If you would like to have your parcel sent by Registered Postage you must pay for it to receive a Tracking Number otherwise your parcel will be sent by Normal Postage without a Tracking Number
CrazyInkSupplies has no control over your parcel once it has been posted

(a) Goods provided match those listed on the Invoice or any Packing Slips.
(b) Goods received have not been damaged in transit.

MOST PRODUCTS available on CrazyInkSupplies Shopping service will be delivered to you within ten to fourteen working days of your order being placed. And by “most products” we mean in about 99% of cases! (We think that’s a pretty good hit rate.)
The products available on CrazyInkSupplies Shopping come from a variety of suppliers all around Australia, and so the delivery methods we use vary from product to product.
Some of the freight and postage companies we use to help bring your products to your door include most of the reputable carriers such as Australia Post, FastWay, Australian Air Express and TNT.
Each of these freight/postage suppliers has its own systems, and so that’s why delivery times will vary from product to product, state to state, postcode to postcode.
If one of your products falls into that one percent which might not make it within the ten working day window, please note that each of these freight/postage suppliers also has its own processes for dealing with queries and late deliveries.
Australia Post, for example, will investigate a package which appears to have been lost only at least five days after it’s been reported missing.
This can add some extra time into the process, and we appreciate your patience while we help to investigate your delivery.
On the odd occasion that delivery issues do arise, we will give you all the information we have at hand, including consignment numbers, etc etc.
